Henk cuts the entries from an old history book in the margin. He makes a collage work in columns. Beginning at the top left with Evolution and Revolution, he continues over the next columns to Vain Hope. The chapters are indicated with a thicker line. Left-aligned lemmas come from left-hand pages, right-aligned ones from right-hand pages.
