This structure, made entirely by hand, clearly shows Henk's craftsmanship. He draws a meandering line with a pen by means of one continuous vertical dash movement, from left to right across the sheet. It starts here in the middle of the sheet, then the lines above and below, always following the previous line. The almost three-dimensional wave movements in the overall image arise despite the fact that during the making process it was always tried to keep the same amount of white between the lines. You apparently adapt unconsciously, Henk concludes.
